Atualmente h\u00e1 uma variedade enorme de produtos aliment\u00edcios sendo ofertada \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Acontece que a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o passou a ser uma mistura de tradi\u00e7\u00e3o cultural aliada a oferta dos alimentos e s\u00e3o diversos os fatores que contribuem para isso: condi\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas, tempo para as refei\u00e7\u00f5es, desejos gastron\u00f4micos, sa\u00fade, religi\u00e3o, \u00e9tica e outros.<\/p>\n

O que \u00e9 o veganismo?
\n<\/strong>Os adeptos do veganismo v\u00e3o al\u00e9m da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, ela \u00e9 movida pela quest\u00e3o \u00e9tica da n\u00e3o explora\u00e7\u00e3o animal, rejeitando qualquer alimento relacionado a ele como carne, leite e produtos l\u00e1cteos, mel, ovos, etc.<\/p>\n

Qual a diferen\u00e7a do vegetariano e do vegano?
\n<\/strong>Uma das principais diferen\u00e7as da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o vegetariana \u00e9 que ela n\u00e3o consome carne, peixes e aves, mas \u00e9 liberado produtos de origem animal.<\/p>\n

O que faz parte da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o vegana?
\n<\/strong>Com o acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o, temos uma infinidade de op\u00e7\u00f5es de receitas. A alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o vegana \u00e9 composta de gr\u00e3os, cereais, leguminosas, vegetais, frutas. Traduzindo: arroz, alimentos \u00e0 base de trigo onde se utilizam ingredientes substitutivos, feij\u00f5es, lentilhas, ervilha, todas as frutas, todas as hortali\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Como substitutos para o leite, para fazer um bolo, por exemplo, podemos utilizar o leite de coco, sucos de frutas, leites de vegetais.\u00a0 Para substituir o ovo, uma mistura de linha\u00e7a e \u00e1gua ou um pur\u00ea de banana faz a fun\u00e7\u00e3o da liga.<\/p>\n

Cuidados:<\/strong>
\nA alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o vegana \u00e9 uma forma de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel.\u00a0 A precau\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 para o aporte proteico, com o consumo dos amino\u00e1cidos essenciais \u2013 que s\u00e3o precursores de diversas subst\u00e2ncias no organismo, relacionadas inclusive com o bem-estar.<\/p>\n

O amino\u00e1cido essencial triptofano \u00e9 utilizado pelo c\u00e9rebro para produzir a serotonina, um neurotransmissor importante para os processos bioqu\u00edmicos do sono e do humor. O fornecimento de alguns minerais (por exemplo ferro) e vitaminas (por exemplo B12 \u2013) pode ficar prejudicado.<\/p>\n
